Design Revision Policy

• Up to 2 design revisions are included
• Additional changes after 2 revisions may include extra charges

This helps us maintain a smooth and efficient production process for every order.

Payment Policy

All custom orders are strictly prepaid before production begins.

This applies to:

• Custom Samples
• Bulk Orders

Production starts only after payment confirmation and final design approval.

Turnaround Time

• Single Custom Orders: 5–10 Working Days
• Bulk Orders: 10–25 Working Days
